Candle storage
Candles should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place. Excessive temperature or direct sunlight will cause the surface of the candle to melt, which will affect the degree of fragrance of the candle and lead to insufficient fragrance when it is lit.
Lighting candles
1. Before lighting a candle, trim the wick of the candle by 3-5 mm (you don’t need to trim it when you use it for the first time).
2. When burning a candle for the first time, please continue to burn it for more than 2-4 hours; candles have “burning memory”. If the wax around the wick is not evenly heated for the first time, the surface will not be completely melted. At this time, the candle will only burn around the wick.
Increase the burning time
1. Always pay attention to keep the length of the wick at 1-1.5 cm. Trimming the wick can help the candle burn evenly and prevent the burning of black smoke and smoke on the bamboo cup.
2. Make sure that the candle is not in a ventilated place when burning. The wind will make the candle burn unevenly, which will reduce the life of the candle. 3. Try to make the candle burn for more than 2 hours each time, but not more than 4 hours; if you want to burn for a long time, extinguish the candle every 4 hours, trim the wick to about 1 cm, and light it again.
Extinguishing candles
1. Always remember not to blow out candles with your mouth! Do not cover the flame with a lid! This will not only damage the candle, but also produce black smoke, turning the wonderful aroma of scented candles into smoke.
2. You can use a candle extinguisher hook tool to dip the candle wick into wax to extinguish it, or use a candle extinguisher cover to extinguish the candle.3. When the candle is less than 1 cm, please stop burning.
Candle safety
1. Please do not leave the candle unattended.
2. Keep the burning candle out of the reach of children and pets.
When the candle is burning, the container may become hot. Do not touch the hot container with your hands. Be careful not to burn your hands.
